200 Question OMR Sheet

This is a standard 200 Question OMR Sheet format which comes readymade with OMR mini. You can use this layout to take test of any number of questions between 1-200 i.e. this OMR answer sheet can be used for taking tests of 50, 100 or 120 questions also. This OMR sheet template can be offset printed in colour format or printed using inkjet printer. This layout should be used if the institute wants to pick the name and mobile number of the student from the OMR answer sheet.
